2013 Saudi Health Exhibition and Conferences

Saudi Health 2013 intends to provide a unique platform for industry professionals to focus on the leading trends and developments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) healthcare industry.

Saudi Health 2013 will also offer a comprehensive multitrack congress, including a diverse range of conferences covering a variety of medical disciplines. Key global issues that will be debated at the conferences include imaging and diagnostic, medical laboratories, biomedical engineering, nursing, primary healthcare, rehabilitation and trauma. The event will take place at the 20,000 square-meter exhibition spaces of the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center (RICEC; KSA), located next to Riyadh's city center, and 15 minutes from the King Khalid International Airport.

The Saudi Health Exhibition and Conferences 2013 is scheduled to take place on the 12-14 of May 2013 in Riyadh (KSA) will be based on strategic cooperation with Informa Life Sciences Exhibitions (Dubai, UAE), organizers of the Arab Health healthcare exhibition , and Riyadh Exhibitions Company (REC; KSA), organizers of the Saudi Medicare Exhibition for the last 15 years.

“The organizers of the Saudi Health are committed to ensuring that all of the scientific conferences presented as part of the event comprise of valuable and up-to-date topics that are relevant to the medical disciplines being addressed,” said Salah Al-Mazroa, deputy minister for engineering affairs and supply for the KSA. “They also aim to make sure that new advances, research, and technologies are also highlighted to better inform and equip those attending.”

The three-day exhibition and accompanying conferences will provide a unique platform for industry professionals to focus on the leading trends and developments within the Saudi healthcare industry, facilitating access to business opportunities by networking with decision-makers and government representatives in a fast-growing healthcare market estimated at more than USD 20 billion. The Saudi government funds most of the demand for healthcare capital and operating expenditures, with private sector spending accounting for 25% of the total.
