Stradis Healthcare Buys Medikmark

Stradis Healthcare (Lawrenceville, GA, USA), a leading provider of medical procedural kits, has entered into a definitive acquisition agreement with Medikmark (Waukegan, IL, USA), a major provider of healthcare kits.

Stradis provides large, custom procedural kits for the endovenous, oral health, ophthalmic, plastic, tissue bank, obstetrics and gynecology, and other surgical markets, while Medikmark is a leader in high volume production of smaller kits for wound care and dressing, intravenous (IV) start, suture removal, catheters and irrigation, suture removal kits, tracheostomy care kits, staff protection, and other markets. The companies will work closely with customers, suppliers, and employees to make the integration process as smooth as possible.
