PACS Support Agreement Renewed by Sectra and Philips Healthcare

This new agreement, Philips provides upgrades, service, and extensions to Sectra PACS, which were marketed and installed by Philips in selected countries. Philips provides support to approximately 200 customers that use the Sectra PACS solution.

Philips is a developer of cardiac care, acute care, and home healthcare, energy-efficient lighting systems, and new lighting applications, as well as male shaving and grooming and oral healthcare.

Sectra develops and markets IT systems and services for radiology, women’s health, orthopedics, and rheumatology. More than 1,400 hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers worldwide use the systems daily, together performing over 70 million radiology examinations yearly. Sectra’s systems have been installed in North America, Scandinavia, and most major countries in Europe and the Far East. Sectra was founded in 1978 and has its roots in Linköping University in Sweden.
