Portable Blood Chemistry Analyzer

The intelligent Quality Control system automatically performs more than 100 quality control checks on each sample, including daily dual-level quality control. To ensure integrity of results, the analyzer self-calibrates with each run. Because the analyzer is portable and weighs only 15 pounds, it can easily be carried to any patient location, averting the need to send a blood sample to a central laboratory. This can help to eliminate errors caused in sample handling, transcription, and transportation.

The company reports that the analyzer utilizes high-tech centrifugal technology evolved by scientists at the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
