In recognition of the high quality of its customer service, Dade Behring (Deerfield, IL, USA) has received the 2005 Customer Service Leadership Award for customer excellence from Frost & Sullivan (Palo Alto, CA, USA), an international consulting firm.

The award specifically recognizes Dade Behring for its leadership position and quality of customer service in the area of cardiac diagnostics, as well as dedication to improving the diagnostics of cardiovascular disease. More...
The award was based on extensive industry research, which revealed that Dade Behring's responsiveness to customer needs, along with the quality of its value-added services, is superior to others in the industry.

"Cardiac diagnostics is one of several core areas in which Dade Behring has achieved excellence, offering a full panel of cardiac tests, a series of analyzers, and cardiac-related education for consumers,” noted Dr. Fiona Raman, team leader, clinical diagnostics, at Frost & Sullivan. "Having established a track record for excellence in customer service, and respect by the industry, key opinion leaders, and most importantly, their customers, Dade Behring merits the accolade of Frost & Sullivan's 2005 Customer Service Leadership Award.”

"We are a leader across many industry segments, yet being recognized in the area of cardiac testing is especially rewarding,” observed Donal Quinn, president, Global Customer Management, Dade Behring. "We believe our people and products make a positive contribution to the diagnosis and treatment of this disease, which remains the leading cause of death worldwide.”
