Rogan Medical Changes Name to Rogan-Delft

By HospiMedica staff writers
Posted on 10 Jan 2003
In a move that marks the new direction of Rogan Medical Systems B.V. More...
(Veenendaal, The Netherlands), the company has changed its name to Rogan-Delft B.V.

For the past two years, Rogan has changed its strategy from selling hardware and software products to selling only software and is known for its HyperPACS product line. The company has since expanded its PACS installations throughout the world via distributors and resellers. During this time, Delft Instruments N.V. (Delft, The Netherlands) took a majority position in the company. The new name reflects this development.

The name Rogan-Delft is also designed to emphasize the company's integration with the medical group of Delft Instruments and Rogan's intention to position itself as part of the new Delft Diagnostic Imaging Group within Delft Instruments. Rogan-Delft's new web address is www.rogan-medical.com.
