Award winning aspects of the TCM400 design noted by the jury included high functionality combined with simple handling, excellent user interface, improvement in patient safety, efficient and reliable diagnostic procedure, easy comparison of test results, and full portability with ease of transport. The monitor is the product of Radiometer Medical A/S (Copenhagen, Denmark).

"We are proud to receive the Danish Design Prize for the second year in a row. This proves Radiometer's ability to develop and produce advanced medical equipment that fulfills today's requirements of modern design, functionality and user friendliness,” said Kurt Ottesen, general manager, Radiometer Medical.
