Other features include a large, patient-facing screen that provides simple, easy to understand information with added content in the datastream to help support the patient, while proprietary CorrectCheck technology advises the patient when the finger is not placed properly in the device. Spot-on connectivity via Bluetooth Smart wireless technology enables the monitor to connect into most telemedicine hubs. The long battery life, allowing for up to 2,200 spot checks on two AAA batteries, also helps minimize the introduction of hazardous materials into the patient environment.
