By HospiMedica International staff writers
Posted on 04 Oct 2011
An innovative patient monitor supports adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients in a variety of care environments, including intensive care units (ICUs), operating rooms (Ors), neonatal ICUs and emergency departments (EDs).

The Vista 120 patient monitor offers a bright 15” color touch screen and a core set of essential parameters, including electrocardiogram (ECG), Oxygen saturation (SpO2), noninvasive blood pressure (BP), respiration, temperature, invasive BPS and end-tidal CO2 (EtCO2). More...
The monitor provides fast access to patient data and offers flexible mounting options to support a variety of workplace configurations. It can be used as a standalone monitor, or with complementary therapy devices such as ventilators, anesthesia machines, or baby warmers. The Vista 120 patient monitor is a product of Dräger Medical Systems (Lübeck, Germany).

“Dräger is sensitive to the medical requirements within the mid-market segment and the budgetary constraints that many hospitals face,” said Marita Klafke, President of Dräger Medical Systems. “With the Vista 120, we are pleased to be able to offer a patient monitor that offers essential monitoring capabilities and provides the Dräger heritage of quality at an exceptional value. It allows us the ability to expand our portfolio and affirm our commitment to drive new business in the newly industrialized countries.”
