Bracelet Helps Monitor Blood Pressure Noninvasively

A novel hemodynamic patient monitoring system provides physicians with a stream of real-time patient blood pressure (BP) data.

The TL-300 noninvasive blood pressure monitor gathers hemodynamic information from an integrated bracelet, sensor, and wrist frame, which is then displayed as a continuous beat-to-beat waveform on a tablet-friendly touch-screen monitor. More...
In addition to continuous beat-to-beat blood pressure and arterial waveform, the operator is readily able to view trend data for up to a 12-hour period. The disposable wrist frame is discarded at the end of the case, and the bracelet and sensor are immediately available for the next patient.

The TL-300 tablet supported monitor allows touch screen control and displays the patient’s key hemodynamic parameters, based on proprietary T-Line technology that accurately and continuously streams the real-time hemodynamic data, while avoiding the blind time that is associated with a deflated or inaccurate BP cuff. The system can be used in a number of clinical environments, including the operating room (OR), intensive care unit (ICU), and electrophysiology lab. The TL-300 noninvasive blood pressure monitor is a product of Tensys Medical (San Diego, CA, USA).

“The TL-300 represents our continued commitment to delivering next generation, noninvasive, hemodynamic monitoring tools,” said Oliver Goedje, MD, Medical Director of Tensys Medical. “This new system will not only enhance our current product offering, but will serve as a platform as we add cardiac output and additional hemodynamic parameters in the near future.”
