DuraMatrix can be used both as an onlay and a suturable graft. The company has also received the CE Mark and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval of its collagen nerve cuff for peripheral nerve repair. With funding from the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH), the company is developing a bioactive nerve guide to bridge peripheral nerve defects that are longer than 4 cm. Currently, there is no product available to address these gaps.

Other products/devices in development include collagen-based devices for the treatment of cerebral saccular and wide-neck aneurysms, a resorbable collagen coating for the surface modification of aneurysm coils, a resorbable collagen coating for drug-eluting stents, and a wound dressing for dermatologic chronic wounds.
